I got this signed in person by both Robin Williams and Shelley Duvall, myself, personally. Popeye and Olive Oyl! This is the original soundtrack LP of Popeye-The Movie. ” Robin signed 2 things for me “through the fence” after a performance late 90s/early 2000s, and although I’d have preferred he hit the top left area, he signed bottom left, but he did oblige my request to write the character name “Popeye under his signature. Nice big Robin Williams signature in black sharpie with “Popeye” under it. I didn’t see or hear about him him doing character names often, and heard he wouldn’t write “Mork” but I asked could you write Popeye as I got Shelly to write her character name? ” he said “Oooh, why, Yes my friend and did it! I’d gotten Shelley at a film festival previously and she signed it in blue sharpie “Best Wishes from the Royal Oyl, Shelley Duvall” and drew a heart. There is a small promo hole punch thru and a little spotting in the upper right corner, but doesn’t affect signatures. Barely worth mentioning, I just like ro be thorough. LP has just a little wear, and comes with LP. I can nail down the date/place on the Robin meeting, and the Shelly as well, as on one item she wrote the name of the festival and the specific date. I didn’t have my camera but a girl took a theu the fence photo of me with Robin, but later contacted her and she said it didn’t come out. I’ve been an in person autograph collector for over thirty years, mainly music, and specifically alternative stuff. I’m getting older now and I’ve realized I don’t need to keep it all as I have way too much stuff. Pricing stuff cheap to move it all. You can see the edge of the LP in the photo with Shelley, but when I say I have “photo proof” I usually just mean I have a photo of me with them. I didn’t take pictures of people signing stuff, as a rule, as I think its rude, and which would you rather have? A photo of you looking like you are hanging out with the person? Or a photo of them looking down signing a record? My stuff is real, I know because I got it signed myself! It will pass any TPA or authentication.
